Shipping policy

Shipments are traceable and are insured in case of damage or loss.

Our couriers are DHL, GLS or SDA (Poste Italiane) depending on the geographical area to which the products are destined (in any case for each order the courier who will carry out the shipment is communicated to the Customer through the contact details made available by the Customer same email or telephone)

Once the order has been received from the Customer and payment has been verified, the shipment of the product or products object of the purchase begins: the name of the courier and the tracking code are sent to the Customer at the email or telephone number provided during the order, the number tracking allows the Customer to be able to follow the progress of the shipment, 24 hours a day, on the courier's website.

ORDER INSURANCE

All shipments are insured against damage or loss. The insurance is free and will be valid until the goods are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer. We advise the customer to provide as much detail as possible for precise and punctual delivery, specifying information that may be useful to the courier making the delivery.

DETAILS ON EXTRA EU SHIPPING

Each order is accompanied by an invoice indicating the price paid. This is valid for all non-EU countries and, by law, it is not possible to declare a price different from the one paid even if it is a gift;

Customs costs (taxes, duties): shipments may have duties paid by the sender (DDP) or by the recipient (DDU) depending on the destination country. In the case of DDU shipments: for non-EU countries, VAT is not paid on the price of the goods but it is necessary to pay the relevant local import and/or customs clearance taxes
