Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

User can take advantage of the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the ordered products. It will be the customer's responsibility to return the item intact and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned goods have been received, after having accepted their integrity, a regular refund will be issued equal to the amount of the goods ordered excluding shipping costs already paid.

Product replacement

User can benefit from product replacement within 2 days of receiving the ordered products.

If the customer wants to replace the purchased product with another (different model or size), the shipping costs for the return and resending of the goods are borne by the customer. Once the returned goods have been received, after having accepted their integrity, the replacement of the product will be arranged and the re-sending of the new goods after having agreed and verified with the customer the payment of shipping costs and any price differences.
